Why A Worldview Revival

Revival (not to be mistaken for evangelistic services) is for Christians. It is a time for us, as Christians, to reassess our priorities and see where we need to adjust our lives in relation to Christ – to get spiritually revived.

The fact is, American society has changed. That is obvious to almost everyone. What might not be so obvious is that most Christians have changed along with it. Elements of non-Christian worldviews have crept in around the edges of our faith.

Unless we take the time and effort to understand the changes and get ourselves straightened out, we will end up with a life that is less than the “full and meaningful life” that Jesus promised, and our witness to a lost world will be anemic.

How Is a Worldview Revival Different from a
Worldview Seminar?

The biggest difference between the two are format and venue. A seminar is primarily approached as an educational opportunity with the focus on helping people understand the concept of worldview. The revival format is conducted as a series of worship services with a focus on sharing from the Bible and challenging people to apply the worldview truths found there to their lives.

Both of these formats are powerful tools to help people understand the meaning and implications of worldview. It is particularly effective to combine the two over a series of several days.

Worldview Revival Topics

  • Is there such a thing as absolute, objective truth?

  • How does the Bible describe reality and is that really real?

  • What are the consequences of not knowing your worldview?

  • What can Christ teach us about commitment to the truth?

  • What happens when you are not fully committed to your faith?

  • How should our faith be lived out in the marketplace?

  • What worldview are you enslaved to?

  • What is your responsibility in your culture?
